As you may or may not know, Use Me Products is an eco-conscious, cruelty free line of vegan professional haircare. Our company launched in 2010 and is now available in 15 exclusive salons and spas and counting throughout New England (and the US). We are a team of beauty professionals dedicated to preserving the integrity of the professional salon industry through creation of an exclusive network of salons committed to stylist and consumer education, environmental sustainability and brand loyalty.
We are looking for a highly organized appointment setter with strong customer service skills, who is eager to learn more about the beauty and wellness industries, brand development, marketing and sales. You must be experienced in phone etiquette, have an upbeat presence and be independently motivated. Increased responsibility and hours will be considered after training and 30 days experience making cold calls and setting appointments. Additional hours will include sales visits in the New England area, customer follow up and assisting the Regional Account Director. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience in sales and customer service, have exceptional organizational skills and be capable of taking direction as part of a sales team. This part time hourly position has unlimited growth potential with the opportunity for full time, salaried employment.
